I like this very much although it could be tweaked to be much more effective.It prevents the faja from digging and rubbing my sides and making them soar even though it doesn't clasp (almost). However if the board was a little broader and the band a few cm longerit would be perfect

Perfect if you are not tall. I am 52 with small/short torso. 28-29 inch waist. This thing is a life saver, much easier to put on than foams, ab board, etc. not stretchable to really specific to a petite body type in size and small.

After getting lipo I purchased this item. While wearing it just a few hours, it reduced the swelling tremendously! My stomach is completely flattened, there are no more embedded lines from my faja, my waistline is much slimmer and my back has flattened as well Aside from that, it is much more comfortable wearing the board underneath your faja as it provides that extra support while moving around. I highly recommend purchasing this item for post op care. Thank you.

Ive been using the m&d foam compression ab board for $50 that Ive purchased from my lymphatic drainage spa lady. It has helped the swelling but the wrap itself was losing its shape, the foam in the sides were very wrinkled and would leave indentations on the skin. The board also cracked and the Velcro stopped gripping so it was finally time to purchase a new one. Im happy with this purchase the price was reasonable plus they offered a $20 off coupon from the official website so I purchased a second one for back up. Its comfortable and doesnt dig into the skin. These boards are great to help with lose skin and swelling. Overall satisfied.
