A very firm, but soft cushion. This makes riding in the car to appointments etc. easy after my BBL. The back portion that goes behind you and attaches to the back of the seat is a MUST for comfortable support. ...otherwise you will feel like you are leaning to far back (kinda falling backward) when the cushion is in the right place. I might leave this in my car on the seat.... even after Ive recovered.

Dont get any other pillow! This is worth every penny! Im 2 weeks post op (BBL) and I have not gonna a day without it. It has been a saving grace through this process. Now that Im able to transition to some sitting I use the back pillow under my thighs to add comfort and take a lot of pressure off my butt while I get use to sitting again. Dont cheat yourself spend the dollars.

Ive put it in my office chair at home just sit on it and try it out, and Im pretty impressed with the amount of support it provides. Im a bigger girl, im 511 and I weigh over 220 pounds, and it holds me just fine.

This pillow and back cushion have held up well.I use it mainly for driving and sometimes when I choose to sit, but trying not to sit as much (post op BBL).Not sure how some purchase just a pillow without a back cushion because for me the back cushion is a must have especially when driving.The pillow is very firm which is why I took off 1 star but they probably need to be that way to provide the support that is needed.

This takes some getting use to but it works. I was able to drive 2 weeks after a tummy tuck, lipo, muscle repair and bbl. It's not the most comfortable but you'll get use to it. The back support really helps.

This butt pillow was incredible for post surgery (butt implants). Dont expect to use it soon after your surgery, but after about a month I was using it daily. It was such a relief to have this and be able to sit comfortably and not have to lay on my stomach all the time. I highly recommend it!! The back piece is also so dang helpful. 10/10

I have it a four because for the price and what you get isnt a bad deal. The negative I would say is that I had thought the pillow would be much more comfortable but its not. Its extremely stiff and youre constantly moving around your chair due to the discomfort of the stiffness of the pillow.

Ive been using this pillow 3 months now on a DAILY BASIS at least 10+ hours per day. I take it everywhere I go! & it still gives me great support & comfort. It sinks down just enough to keep your buttocks elevated. The BBL pillow I bought from Mia Aesthetics (Atlanta, GA) is hard as a rock!!! I freaking hated it. I could not drive with Mias whatsoever as it was cutting off my circulation. I researched so many pillows and so glad I bought this one! WORTH EVERY PENNY! This is a must have for BBLs.

I'm week 6 post bbl.I've used this since day 3 of surgery and it is a lifesaver. It's a mix of comfortable and uncomfortable, tbh. When I use the bottom pillow on a hard, wooden chair, I can't sit for very long. However, a plastic chair or padded office chair are definitely much more comfortable.Your thighs will start to fall asleep after awhile, and adjusting to using it in the car is hilarious. I keep the back padding in my car and only take the bottom piece with me, wherever I go.For the price and amount of time you actually use this, I'm glad I got it. It's the only thing that really allowed me to go back to work.
